This service is intended for new construction homes and full remodels. The inspector will come to the site during the construction process to assess plumbing, electrical and structural components and again at the finish of the project for a final inspection. This service comes with a full inspection report from Spectora to provide the seller with a pre-inspected home and report available for prospective buyers.
